Houston Housing Finance Corporation (“HHFC”) is a Texas non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation founded in 1979 by the City of Houston. The focus of the HHFC is to provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing at affordable rates to the residents of Houston. HHFC has assisted in financing that has impacted over 60,000 families totaling more than $1.4 billion in community investment.
